4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration

- Accept full responsibility for all trades executed
- You are solely responsible for your exchange API keys — we never store them
- All new users must complete paper trading before using real funds

- Monthly subscriptions billed via Paddle
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- Annual discounts available
Refund Policy
- Pine Script conversions: 100% refund if conversion doesn't match Pine Script logic
- Subscriptions: pro-rated refund within first 30 days
- No refunds for trading losses or poor performance
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your original Pine Scripts
- Converted Python code becomes your property
- Sentinel strategies, algorithms, and methodologies are proprietary
- No reverse engineering or redistribution permitted
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages. Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
8. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Sentinel Advanced LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of our Services, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Sharing or redistributing our proprietary strategies
- Using Services for illegal activities
- Reverse engineering our algorithms
- Creating competing services using our IP
- Sharing account access with others
10. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules
- No class action lawsuits permitted
- Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
